ZOZOBRA FANS WITH ACCESS OR FUNCTIONAL NEEDS AND SENIORS, WE WILL TAKE YOU THERE!

Zozobra wants ALL of his fans on the field, and that includes gloom-busters who are seniors or who have accessibility challenges. Park free at the State of New Mexico South Capitol parking lot at St. Francis and Cordova Road. A free ADA shuttle dedicated to our access-challenged and senior fans will deliver Transit_Division_Logo_-_2013_ayou to the correct accessible gate at Fort Marcy Park. Please be sure to choose that shuttle and note the drop-off location, which is where the shuttle will pick you up after the event. Because our access-challenged and senior patrons may need more time to exit the field, the return shuttle will depart 30 minutes after the lights go back on when the event ends. This free shuttle service is funded by the North Central Regional Transit District through the Regional Transit Gross receipts Tax.

This year, we are also trying a new way to serve and include our ADA & senior patrons via side-by-side golf-cart delivery into the venue. Please allow extra time to use this service; we request one companion only. At the venue, there will be a raised platform for wheelchair patrons. Please note that this raised platform will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and we request that it be reserved for wheelchairs only.

THE SOUTH CAPITOL STATION PARKING LOT IS LOCATED ON CORDOVA ROAD AT ST. FRANCIS DRIVE.

THE NEW MEXICO RAILRUNNER HAS A SPECIAL ZOZOBRA SCHEDULE!

Zozobra fans down south can ride the New Mexico Railrunner and skip the driving hassle! On Friday, August 31, 2018, the Rail Runner Express will adjust the train schedule so people can easily attend the 94th Annual Burning of Zozobra. Passengers traveling to Santa Fe for the event can take advantage of a later post-event departure time, as well as the addition of a second late-night southbound train. FREE Santa Fe Trails Shuttles take passengers from the South Capitol Station to Fort Marcy Park and then back to the station after the celebration. The last train is held until all ticketed passengers have boarded. This free shuttle service is funded by the North Central Regional Transit District through the Regional Transit Gross receipts Tax.

Locals and Santa Fe visitors, you can also make your life easy! Park your car and pick up the New Mexico Railrunner at the Santa Fe County, NM 599 station (approximately 11 miles south of Santa Fe) and take the round-trip shuttle from South Capitol to the venue. Buy a round-trip ticket for just $4.00!
