Purchase of a ticket is a license for a single admittance to the 102nd production of Will Shuster’s Zozobra 2026, produced and presented by The Kiwanis Club of Santa Fe. This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face value of the ticket. By use of this ticket, Licensee agrees not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of Will Shuster’s Zozobra by any means. This ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. The rules regarding the event are posted at all entrances, failure to abide by the posted rules will result in your dismissal from the event. Local and State laws prohibit the possession of alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, and weapons of any kind inside the venue. Security measures will be in effect including hand-held wandin, metal detectors, and bag checks. Licensee acknowledges consent to search their person and possessions upon entry or while in the venue. Unless otherwise determined by the event promoter, the event is considered RAIN or SHINE. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. The Kiwanis Club of Santa Fe, may at its own discretion, close the venue, change the listed start time, or cancel the event, due to acts of nature or other events that disrupt the event, or cause safety concerns for their members, guests, employees, volunteers, and the licensee. The unauthorized reproduction of this ticket or its unlawful resale is prohibited. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are void.
By the purchase of a ticket, the Licensee voluntarily assumes all risks and damages incidental to the production of Will Shuster’s Zozobra. Licensee expressly understands that the production of the event involves the use of pyrotechnics, a powerful audio system, and other potentially dangerous devices. Licensee assumes ALL risks and holds that the promoters, their affiliates their agents, and the City of Santa Fe, are expressly released by the Licensee from any damages whatsoever. Unauthorized use of Will Shuster’s Zozobra, in any form, may result in civil or criminal prosecution, and this ticket does not allow or grant authorization for any such actions.
